The Lazy Acres Park Management requires the following for residents to hire outside contractors:

All work must have prior approval from the office. If someone other than the employees of Lazy Acres Park will be conducting the work, a certificate of insurance must be presented to the office showing Lazy Acres Park as an additional and named insured and proof of Worker′s Compensation Insurance.
There are no exceptions to this rule.

In addition, the Lazy Acres Park Management may inquire about whether or not you are a certified installer or mechanic of manufactured homes pursuant to New York law Article 21-B of the Executive Law and Title 19 (NYCRR) Part 1210, the Manufactured Homes Regulations
